Everett, Washington – A two-year-old boy has been taken into protective custody after police found him apparently high on heroin in the backseat of his mother’s car.
Deputies arrested the boy’s mother Camie Bena and her boyfriend after stopping their car. While the boyfriend was arrested on a warrant and other charges, deputies found a needle loaded with heroin in Bena’s purse, along with other drug paraphernalia.
