Woman shot in head; man flees scene in wheelchair, police say

READING, Pa. - Police say a man in a wheelchair shot his neighbor in the face.

Ricardo Medina Santana, 29, was arrested Friday and charged him with the crime, said police.
Officials said the woman is lucky to be alive.

"It was very close to a vital area. I mean a few inches in either direction, and we would be having a different conversation," said Sgt. Matthew Schappell, Reading Police Dept.  Full Article   Nutty News
