A Cascade County man is charged with multiple felony charges in connection with the theft of approximately 530 pounds of change from a home in Sun Prairie. The total value of the stolen change is estimated to be $3,915.
Kyle W. Voss, 24, was charged with the crimes on Sunday, while being held at the Cascade County Detention Center on unrelated outstanding warrants. According to court documents, Voss is suspected of burglarized the same Sun Prairie home on four separate occasions, eventually lugging off a mountain of change so heavy, Voss stole two hand trucks from the same homeowner to get the change down the street.
