A Moreno Valley Unified School District Board of Education member was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of committing 11 felonies including rape, pimping and pandering, the Riverside County district attorney's office said Wednesday night.
Mike Luis Rios, 42, was taken into custody shortly before 6 p.m. near his home by Moreno Valley police. He is being charged with six counts of pandering, three counts of pimping and two counts of rape by force or fear, authorities said.
The rape victims were described as adults. The pandering charge is tied to allegations that Rios derived proceeds from three adult women who worked for him as prostitutes, investigators said. Full Article
