SANDY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A man who police say exposed himself to a 7-year-old female at a Walmart has been arrested.
Sandy Police say Steven Powell, 57, was arrested Sept. 27, after the Salt Lake District Attorney's Office issues a warrant for his arrest.
The incident occurred in Sandy at the Walmart located at 9151 Quarry Stone Way on Aug. 23. Full Article
