ARABELLA CADENA - MISSING

Arabella was allegedly abducted by her father, Luis Cadenas.

A felony warrant for Custodial Interference was issued for Luis on August 19, 2013. 

They are believed to be in Mexico. 

Arabella is Biracial. She is Hispanic and White. Arabella has a scar on her right index finger. Luis may go by the alias first name Roque and the alias last names Cabera, Cabrera or Cadena.  More
