REWARD: The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Walter Lee Williams.
Walter Lee Williams, a former university professor, is wanted for the alleged sexual exploitation of children and traveling abroad for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual acts with children. On April 30, 2013, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Williams in the United States District Court, Central District of California, Los Angeles, California, for sexual exploitation of children, travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, engaging in illicit sexual conduct in foreign places, and criminal forfeiture.
Williams has previously resided in Palm Springs, California. He was affiliated with a religious organization known as the Buddhist Universal Association in Los Angeles, California. Williams has an extensive history of travel throughout the South East Asia region, specifically the Philippines. He has reportedly resided in Indonesia, Polynesia and Thailand.
