The 45-year-old victim was waiting for a D train at East 170th Street and Grand Concourse at about 2:35 p.m. when one of two assailants punched him in the face, police say.
The second attacker, wearing a rainbow wig, then tried to stab him, police say.
The suspects fled after the attack. The victim’s condition is not known. More
