Warrant Issued For St. Louis Man Accused Of Burning And Killing Man After Shooting A Police Officer



ST. LOUIS – A Saint Louisan with a long criminal record is facing charges for the shooting that critically injured an off-duty St. Louis police officer.

Dominic Irons, 29, was previously imprisoned for possessing a firearm as a felon. He was paroled on Dec. 19.

Police on Sunday announced the arrest of Irons for crimes allegedly committed the same day he was paroled.

A 28-year-old off-duty city police officer was shot and critically injured in his own truck in the 3800 block of North 25th Street.

Five hours later, investigators found 28-year-old Terrell Beasley dead in the back seat of a burning car in the 700 block of Thrush. Beasley had been shot twice. More   Strange News
