Lacie M. Sexton, 26, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana was arrested on four counts of child endangerment by Harrison police after paramedics found her unconscious in the driver’s seat of a parked car at 10915 New Haven Road, the documents state.
According to Harrison Police records, Sexton admitted to officers that she had snorted heroin in an unnamed friend’s car in the parking lot before getting back into her car.
WCPO spoke with the man who dialed 9-1-1 that afternoon, who said Sexton seemed minutes from death. More
