Brian and Shauna Paque of Texas were both arrested in April and charged with child abuse after one of their sons ran crying to a Decatur police headquarters.
Last week the parents were released on bond and Shauna Paque resigned from her job as a pre-school teacher for the Decatur school district where she was an employee for 11 years. Brian Paque is also a former teacher.
KIIITV reports that the boy had a bruised throat, a footprint on his back, and other injuries when he arrived at police headquarters. More
