Norwalk police were called to a parking garage on the 770 block of Connecticut Ave on Wednesday around 12:20pm, after a passerby heard crying and found the infant in the back of the Toyota SUV with the windows rolled up.
Police say 46-year-old Hiroko Kurihara, of Stamford, returned
to the vehicle as fire officials were getting into the car. More
