Campbell County Circuit Judge Fred A. Stine sentenced the 24-year-old Shayna Hubers to 40 years in prison after a day-long hearing saw testimony from her medical experts, friends and a lone pastor, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
The testimony didn’t change Stine’s opinion of the former college student, who boasted about killing Ryan Poston to police inside an interrogation room shortly after his October 2012 death. More
