Lorenzo Adan Ramirez, 28, of Tavares, was arrested Tuesday, one day after a woman reported being the victim of a flasher at the Laurel Manor Recreation Center in The Villages, Florida.
Ramirez told deputies he was doing landscaping in the area when a bug got into his clothing, according to the Daily Commercial.
The suspect said he went to a restroom to get the insect out and mistakenly chose a public restroom designated for women not men. More
