Police said Kinga Tabares, 27, a broker for Douglas Elliman, was caught behind the wheel of a yellow Toyota taxi at 26th St. and Third Ave. about 12:30 a.m. Friday.
The cab driver told cops that Tabares has been a passenger in his cab. More
