Bronx Man Faces Murder Charges In Deadly Machete Attack Of Next-Door Neighbor

NEW YORK – The NYPD has arrested a suspect on charges of killing his next-door-neighbor in the hallway of their Bronx apartment building.

Angel Feliz, 26, faces charges of murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

Officers were called to the building on 141st Street in Mott Haven Sunday afternoon where they found 59-year-old Carmen Torres-Gonzalez with “numerous lacerations to her body.”

Police allege Feliz came out of his apartment and attacked the woman with a machete, which has been recovered. More
