Cherokee Village police said that they have arrested 55-year-old Jennifer Lea Collins (picture), after being accused of biting off the chin and breast of 92-year-old Jane Palmer Sandefur.
Collins has been charged with aggravated assault and abuse to an impaired and endangered person. She was booked into the Sharp County jail in Ash Flat, and her bail has been set at $50,000. More
