A caretaker has been jailed on charges that she injured an elderly man in her care with a TV remote control, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect, Lynn Creager Butler, 47, is charged with injury to an elderly individual, court records show.
The victim, 77, told investigators that he was sitting on a couch in the living room of the northwest Harris County home on Tuesday when Butler threw the remote control at him, striking him on the nose, said Christina Garza, spokeswoman at the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
