According to an arrest warrant, witnesses informed Clarksville police on Friday that 24-year-old Stefany Paige Johnson was “yelling and screaming, as well as being naked in the road,” The Tennessean reported.
When police responded at around 3:40 a.m., 7-month-old Astrid Johnson was found on the couch. Authorities believe that Johnson made no attempt to provide medical care for the child. More
