According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the female dog was beaten and then thrown to the ground by Robert Noel (picture) on the Fourth of July.
Investigators said Noel said he “went crazy” and began beating the dog because she wouldn’t leave the apartment. They said he admitted to tossing the dog over the railing.
Neighbors are outraged. “That is mean and that is cruel,” said Jasmine Mathis. “They have no respect for themselves if they do that to a dog.” More
