The Melbourne Police Department said officers responding to a disturbance at a home Saturday night identified Stephanie Moore, 20, as one of two women wanted by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission over photos taken at a Florida beach in early July.
The photos showed Moore and another woman sitting on the backs of sea turtles. More
