Woman rents computer and pawns it

Florida – Woman rents computer equipment from Rent-A-Center, goes directly to a pawn shop, pawns the equipment for $300. She’s caught, of course, and goes directly to jail. “It is hard to imagine how people think they can get away with this kind of theft,” said Sheriff Judd. “This just leaves us shaking our heads.” The investigation revealed that 32-year-old Theresa Kimberly Cunningham of 261 18th Street NE, Winter Haven, leased a Toshiba Tablet and a Sony Desktop computer worth $2800.00 from Rent-A-Center.  Full Article
