A fourth person suspected in the theft of a $10,000 horse statue from a Wichita Falls business was arrested over the weekend.
Calvin Wayne Rickman, 24, address listed in the 600 block of Taylor Road, was charged with theft over $1,500 under $20,000, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. Rickman's bond was set at $25,000.
According to the affidavit:
On March 14, a representative at Tangles Hair Salon in Parker Square reported the theft of a fiberglass horse statue valued at $10,000. Full Article
