Police: Tour operator stole school buses

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said a tour operator allegedly stole at least eight school buses from Florida and Georgia school districts.

Police said two school buses reported missing from Lowndes County, Ga., in October were spotted Saturday outside EverBank Field in Jacksonville, and the drivers told police they were shutting fans for the Florida-Georgia football game on behalf of Jacksonville company 95 South Tours and Transportation, WJXT-TV, Jacksonville, reported Friday.

Investigators said they found four more stolen buses at 95 South Tours and Transportation, owned by Alphonso Rock, 44.

Flagler County sheriff's deputies said two other reported stolen buses were traced to the business. More
