Miguel Aybar slumped to the hallway floor outside Judge Michelle Denise Earley’s courtroom shortly before noon.
He was in handcuffs when he collapsed, court spokesman Ed “Flash” Ferenc said.
Earley sentenced Aybar after he was found guilty of a third-degree misdemeanor charge of unlawful restraint. More
