William Rabourn was on a party bus with Gabriel Ervie when he tried to hit on her.
She turned him down and Rabourn was left at a gas station. He reportedly continued to call and text Ervie and then made his way over to her house.
A neighbor saw Rabourn kicking down Ervie’s door and called 911. After he gained access to her apartment, Rabourn allegedly grabbed Ervie’s 8-month-old maltese-poodle mix Oliver and tossed him out of a hallway window. More
