Kenneth Ray Gibson was taken into custody Tuesday evening after deputies found the neighbor with a puncture wound to his face, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
The neighbor, whose name hasn’t been released, had apparently returned home from dinner to find his dog being attacked by Gibson’s dogs, authorities said.
The neighbor approached Gibson, who reportedly lives in a tent nearby, about helping to stop the dog fight, but the two got into an argument that became physical, authorities said. More
