Jaylen Griffith (picture), 21, was arrested Sunday after police said they caught her fleeing the attack on the 30-year-old man.
The man told police that Griffith had arrived at his house and "was upset due to the fact he was inside of his residence with another female." The man told police he asked Griffith to leave several times, but that she refused. He told police Griffith then "became enraged," retrieved a baseball bat from her car's trunk, and began swinging.
Her arrest report said police found damage to the rear window of the man's car, and that "all of the windows on the left side of the residence were broken." Officer Koeller wrote that he found a large amount of broken glass inside the house near the windows, and saw blood on the window blinds and on interior walls of the house.
The man told police Griffith had smashed his windows, climbed through one to enter his house. More
