Police said 44-year-old Marvin White (left) picked up five people at a party at around 3 a.m. Saturday, and at some point, got into an argument with some of the passengers.
After White pulled over, one of the passengers who got out of the car, 20-year-old Alan Slawson (right), picked up a large rock, and threw it through White’s moon roof, shattering the glass.
White allegedly responded by pulling out a gun, and firing two shots at Slawson and two other passengers as they ran away. More
