29-year-old Devon Brown (picture with wife) of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, attended the graduation party for his older child who is a 6-year-old boy. His younger child is a girl.
Brown's wife, Antionette Nimmons, said that during the party, two boys began rough playing. Things took a turn when the fathers got involved.
